What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing end-to-end demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing, and content marketing
- Creating compelling and targeted content to engage prospects and drive conversion
- Managing marketing automation platforms and implementing lead nurturing programs to guide leads through the buyer's journey
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align demand generation initiatives with sales goals and marketing objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing key metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Proven experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation platforms
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics
- Excellent collaboration skills in a remote work environment

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Demand Generation Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
