As a Customer Support Phone Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional assistance and resolving their inquiries over the phone. What you'll be doing 

  • Handling incoming customer phone calls and addressing their queries and concerns 
  • Providing timely and accurate information about products and services 
  • Assisting customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams 
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating the database with relevant information 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences 
  • Upselling products and services to drive revenue growth 
  • Identifying customer feedback and trends to improve our services
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to create positive customer relationships 

Requirements 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment 
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems 

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in phone-based customer support roles. They will exhibit empathy and patience while addressing customer needs. Strong product knowledge and an understanding of our industry will be advantageous. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Customer Support Phone Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
