As a Customer Success Specialist: Advertising, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients' advertising campaigns. What you'll be doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for our advertising clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising objectives, and providing strategic guidance and recommendations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and projects
- Monitoring and analyzing advertising campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization, and making data-driven recommendations
- Troubleshooting and resolving client inquiries, concerns, or technical issues related to advertising platforms and tools
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, share insights, and address any questions or challenges
- Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in advertising platforms and algorithms
- Providing regular reporting to clients on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights
- Proactively identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, specifically within the advertising industry
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- In-depth knowledge of advertising strategies, digital platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and advertising metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM and customer support tools
- Availability to work remotely and adapt to different time zones when required
Preferred candidates for this role are a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with a background in customer success or account management within the advertising industry. Preferred candidates have a deep understanding of advertising strategies, digital platforms, and advertising metrics. Strong analytical and communication skills are key, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships. Experience with CRM and customer support tools is also desirable.
