What you'll be doing 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers 
  • Understanding customer needs and developing tailored success plans 
  • Providing guidance, support, and training to customers 
  • Conducting regular check-ins to monitor customer satisfaction and engagement 
  • Identifying and addressing customer challenges or concerns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives 
  • Analyzing customer data and metrics to identify growth opportunities 
  • Leading customer onboarding and implementation processes 
  • Providing product demonstrations and conducting customer feedback sessions 

Requirements 

  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • 3 years of experience in customer success or account management roles 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
  • Excellent presentation abilities 
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention 
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex product offerings
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools 
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment 

Preferred candidates have a proven track record in customer success or account management roles, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. They possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to adapt to a remote work environment are also important.
