What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer support via various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing their concerns
- Onboarding new customers, guiding them through product implementation, and ensuring a smooth transition
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on product features and functionalities
- Monitoring customer usage and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution
- Proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive customer-centric initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or customer support
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
- Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
Preferred candidates that have 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or customer support. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs. Preferred candidates have a proactive and problem-solving mindset, coupled with empathy and a customer-centric approach. Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems are essential. We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Customer Success Associate. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
