As a Customer Retention and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow our customer base. You will work remotely and collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

What you'll be doing

  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth 
  • Developing and executing retention and growth strategies 
  • Creating and implementing customer loyalty programs 
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer retention and growth metrics 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer retention and growth or a related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite 

Preferred candidates that have experience working in a remote environment, background in SaaS or technology industries, strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Marketing Retention Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
