As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation and optimization of our CRM platform. What you'll be doing 

• Developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention 
• Managing and optimizing our CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity 
• Segmenting customer data and creating targeted marketing campaigns 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals 
• Analyzing CRM data and generating actionable insights for decision-making 
• Monitoring and optimizing email marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness 
• Conducting A/B testing and leveraging data-driven approaches to optimize CRM performance 
• Providing training and support to team members on CRM systems and processes 
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
• 2 years of experience as a CRM Manager, CRM Specialist, or similar roles 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) 
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies 
• Knowledge of data management principles and best practices 
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and derive insights from CRM data 
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting 

Preferred candidates who are highly skilled and motivated CRM Manager to join our remote team. They should have a proven track record in CRM management, with experience in developing and executing CRM strategies, optimizing CRM platforms, and driving customer engagement. They possess strong technical skills in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, along with a solid understanding of data management and segmentation.
