As a Credit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing credit applications, evaluating financial information, and determining creditworthiness. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient operation of our credit assessment process, ensuring accurate decisions and minimizing risk exposure. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in maintaining our high standards of credit evaluation. 

What you'll be doing 

• Analyzing credit applications, verifying financial data, and assessing credit risk 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and make informed credit decisions 
• Conducting thorough research to evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants 
• Communicating credit decisions clearly and professionally to both internal teams and customers 
• Identifying trends and patterns in credit data to improve decision-making processes 
• Managing and updating credit policies to align with industry regulations and company objectives 
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to credit decisions 
• Monitoring and reviewing credit accounts to identify potential issues and opportunities 
• Contributing to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of credit evaluations 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Proven experience in credit analysis, preferably in a financial institution or lending environment 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit reports, and risk assessment 
• Proficiency in utilizing credit analysis tools and software 
• Excellent presentation skills to convey credit decisions clearly 
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments within established guidelines 
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple credit evaluations
