As a Creative Strategist, you will work remotely and play an integral role in creating compelling creative strategies that drive improved customer engagement. You will leverage your creativity, experience, and industry knowledge to strategize on digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media strategies, and other mediums.

What you’ll be doing

• Establish creative strategy objectives based on consumer insights, market analysis, and brand guidelines
• Create innovative concepts for engaging products or services that meet consumer demand
• Develop and implement detailed plans for storyboards, visuals, sketches, animations, commercial scripts, etc.
• Receive feedback from internal stakeholders and make appropriate adjustments to ensure the highest quality of work
• Track progress of projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between teams such as copywriters and designers

Requirements:

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Proven ability to successfully create strategic plans for B2C marketing efforts
• Demonstrated success developing high quality videos or graphics for social media platforms; strong understanding of digital marketing trends preferred
• Working knowledge of basic search engine optimization principles
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; able to multitask multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency
• Absolute commitment to driving positive customer experience through creative solutions

Preferred candidates that are driven self starters who can think outside the box. They should have exceptional communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. A love of problem solving is a must. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Creative Strategist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
