Filled Positions

As a Copy Editor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of our content. Working alongside our Client Services Representative team, you will review and edit various materials, including articles, blog posts, and marketing collateral. Your keen eye for detail and strong command of grammar and style will contribute to maintaining the highest quality of written content. You will collaborate with writers and stakeholders to refine messaging and adhere to brand guidelines. 

What you'll be doing 

• Reviewing and editing written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style 
• Ensuring content is clear, concise, and adheres to brand guidelines 
• Collaborating with writers and stakeholders to refine messaging and maintain consistency
• Verifying facts and ensuring accuracy in all materials 
• Suggesting improvements to enhance overall content quality 
• Adapting content for different platforms and target audiences 
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines 
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Providing constructive feedback to writers to improve their writing skills 

Requirements 

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Proven work experience as a Copy Editor or similar role 
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors 
• Familiarity with style guides and editorial standards 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Good collaboration skills 

Preferred candidates for the Copy Editor position will have a track record of editing and refining content to meet high-quality standards. They will be meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and will have experience in digital content editing and familiarity with various style guides. They will be proactive and possess excellent communication skills to provide feedback and collaborate with writers effectively. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Copy Editor. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
