As a Business Valuation Specialist, you will play a vital role in assessing the worth of businesses, conducting financial analyses, and providing expert valuation reports. Your expertise in financial modeling, market research, and business analysis will contribute to informed decision-making for our clients. 

What you'll be doing 

• Conducting in-depth research and financial analysis to determine the value of businesses 
• Performing valuation modeling using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and comparable transactions 
• Gathering and analyzing financial data, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements 
• Assessing market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to evaluate business performance and risk factors 
• Preparing detailed valuation reports and presenting findings to clients 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and management, to gather relevant information for valuations 
• Providing expert opinions and recommendations on mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, and investment decisions 
• Staying updated on industry regulations, valuation standards, and emerging valuation methodologies 
• Assisting in business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client meetings 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a business valuation specialist or in a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling techniques and valuation methodologies 
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Excel 
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Effective interpersonal and presentation abilities 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred candidates will have a Master's degree in finance or a related field, along with a professional valuation certification such as the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Experience in conducting valuations for different industries and familiarity with international valuation standards would be advantageous.
