As a Business Development/Creator Partnerships professional, you will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships with content creators. What you'll be doing 

  • Identifying and prospecting content creators across various platforms 
  • Building and nurturing relationships with creators to establish mutually beneficial partnerships 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop partnership strategies aligned with company goals 
  • Negotiating partnership terms, including content collaborations, promotions, and revenue sharing 
  • Tracking and analyzing partnership performance and making data-driven recommendations
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences to connect with creators 
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to creators to ensure successful partnerships 
  • Contributing to the overall growth and expansion of the creator network 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English
  • Deep understanding of the creative industries and familiarity with content creator platforms 
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred candidates for this role have a solid background in business development and a passion for working with content creators. They should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling them to build and maintain successful partnerships. They have a deep understanding of the creative industries, including social media platforms and content trends. Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a remote work setting are highly valued. A network of connections within the creator community is a plus. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Business Development/Creator Partnerships (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
