As a B2B Account Director for Client Services, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the client services team to ensure that projects are managed efficiently and to a high standard. The B2B Account Director should have an understanding of the principles of sales and marketing with the ability to leverage their knowledge in developing relationships with clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the client services team, managing project timelines, budgets and objectives
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client objectives
- Developing strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting potential customers
- Keeping on top of industry trends, attending relevant conferences/trade shows, staying up to date on competitors’ activity and strategies
- Tracking key performance metrics to measure success against goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales/marketing management roles for a B2B company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Candidates who possess a passion for learning about new innovations in marketing technology as well as excellent problem solving skills. Candidates should also have strong customer service orientation, have enthusiasm for sales/marketing management roles, possess an aptitude for analytics, data driven decisions making, understand the principles of sales and marketing as well as being proactive when it comes to customer relations. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
