As an Asset Manager, your role will be pivotal in maximizing the profitability of the business through insightful analysis of inventory and supplier pricing. Your responsibilities will encompass meeting with clients to determine their needs, providing strategic advice, and managing their assets accordingly. 

What you'll be doing 

• Conducting risk analyses to identify potential financial pitfalls 
• Preparing comprehensive financial, asset management, and investment reports 
• Reviewing and implementing policies and procedures related to asset management
• Regularly studying and responding to market changes to optimize client assets 
• Managing and overseeing the organization's physical assets, including buildings, equipment, and inventory 
• Leading, managing, and governing the acquisition and application of assets within the organization 
• Implementing the organization's policies and processes to control and maintain physical assets 
• Strategically planning, organizing, and directing asset-related activities 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or a related field 
• Proven experience in asset management or a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond strategically to market changes 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment 

Preferred candidates who have a proven track record in asset management, with a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or a related field. The ideal candidate would have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to strategically respond to market changes. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Asset Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
