What you'll be doing

• Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and cash application
• Conducting financial analysis and credit evaluations to determine creditworthiness and payment terms for customers
• Collaborating with sales teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
• Implementing and optimizing collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve payment issues
• Generating AR reports and providing regular updates to management on the status of receivables
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline AR processes and enhance efficiency
• Conducting periodic AR aging reviews and implementing appropriate actions to reduce outstanding balances
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable and credit management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit evaluation, and collections processes
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

Preferred candidates: We are seeking a talented AR Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience will be considered. They have X years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, credit evaluation, and collections processes. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting is desired. Preferred candidates exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships effectively. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
