As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team. Your responsibilities will include processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with accounting principles and participate in month-end and year-end closing processes. 

What you'll be doing 

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions 
• Reconciling bank statements and financial records 
• Preparing and organizing financial documents for audits
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements 
• Collaborating with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting activities 
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations 
• Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes 
• Utilizing accounting software and MS Excel proficiently
• Assisting with tax filing and compliance tasks 
• Providing support for ad-hoc financial projects 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or in a similar role
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations 
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel 
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Preferred candidates with prior experience in accounting or finance, as well as relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA), will be preferred. We seek individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are highly valued.
