As an Account Director for Client Services, you will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid media, paid search, branding, traffic and conversion, and develop an understanding of our client’s business goals to help them reach and exceed their targets.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Lead the team of paid media, paid search, branding, and traffic and conversions’ best practices 
  • Think outside the box in developing key initiatives while supporting the team and other senior executives 
  • Utilize expertise for process improvement 
  • Evaluate client contracts, renewals, and KPIs on a regular basis to make sure goals are being met
  • Work closely with data analytics teams to visualize the campaigns and assess where optimizations can be done 
  • Utilize creative insight and understanding to provide best-in-class omnichannel plans in meeting and exceeding client goals 

Requirements 

  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency  (both written and spoken English)
  • 5 years of experience in planning, consumer insights, digital integration and client services in B2B and B2C lead generation setting 
  • Wide experience in CRM and Marketing Automation Operation platform (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) 
  • Capability of speaking to business-level metrics such (pipeline generation, closed won deals, return on partnership, LTV:CAC, and deal velocity, etc.) 
  • Ability to immediately build a relationship and develop rapport with high-level points of contact 
  • End-to-end campaign leadership skills including strategy, market or list segmentation, targeting/re-targeting, etc. in a multi-channel or omni-channel setting 
  • Wider understanding of digital marketing and hands-on experiene in lead generation tools, earned media, paid media, owned media, attribution, optimization, etc 

Preferred candidates with B2B Client Services experience handling multiple clients with cross-selling and up-selling involvement and can work during US business hours.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Account Director, Client Services. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
