We seek a skilled Technical Project Manager with a data-oriented focus to join a boutique technology company. You will be responsible for successfully implementing new clients into the company eco-system and help them successfully operate our software. You will be part implementation and project manager and part customer success manager.  You will wear many hats during your day and have opportunities to offer recommendations and help shape your evolving role and the company’s growth.

Your tasks will include:
  • As the primary implementation manager, you will create and manage project plans within our PM software, manage client meetings, document notes and action items, create internal and external project documentation, and control scope and budget. 
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the clients.  Make recommendations on issues and requests.
  • Support requirements gathering with other team members, assist in creating recommendations, participate in client sessions to detail requirements, conduct testing with the internal team, and manage clients through the UAT process.  Support the internal team in testing our SaaS services. 
  • Engage as a customer success manager.  Once clients are live, you will monitor how they use the system to address possible issues proactively.
  • Monitor dashboards, log files, and other data sources to understand client performance. 
  • You can develop as a technical analyst if you wish. Over time, as you familiarize yourself with our clients, products, and ecosystem, you can extend yourself technically to developing rules and other technical tasks.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal) and writing skills 
  • Experience as a project manager in which you manage stakeholders, project scope/status, lead project team members, control scope, and manage financials.  
  • Experience in one or more PM software (e.g., Monday.com, Avaza, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar) and have created Gantt charts or used Excel to manage status, dependencies, and assignments. 
  • Detail-oriented in documentation, client communications, and data analysis.
  • You should have good data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel, Access, or any BI tool so you can review, organize, manipulate, and analyze moderate-sized data sets.

Nice to Have:
Experience in business analysis, including documenting requirements, writing test cases, and managing UAT.
