Responsibilities
- Lead the successful integration of new clients into our ecosystem, managing project plans, client meetings, documentation, and scope.
- Act as a trusted advisor, developing positive client relationships and making informed recommendations.
- Support requirements gathering, participate in detailing out requirements, write functional test cases, and manage client testing processes.
- Proactively monitor client usage post-launch to address potential issues, leveraging data analytics for insights.
- Opportunity to grow into a technical analyst role, enhancing your skills with our client products and ecosystem.
Experience & Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and English skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive approach with a background in project management, including stakeholder and scope management, and experience with PM software (e.g., Monday.com, Avaza, Smartsheet).
- Detail-oriented with strong skills in documentation, client communication, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis with Excel, Access, or BI tools.
- Good to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Business analyst experience includes requirement documentation, test case creation, and user acceptance testing.
- SaaS project management experience is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Remote work experience with US clients.
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
- Amenable to work US hours.
