NetSuite Coordinator
We seek a dynamic and experienced remote NetSuite Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting, implementing, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to ensure efficient operation and support of our business processes. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to successfully executing NetSuite-related projects and work with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.

Some of the projects that we are integrating and need additional resources are the integration of Merchant Processing Services to SuiteBillings, integration of Payroll from Paylocity, integration of job costs between Paylocity and NetSuite, and general customizations in NetSuite.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in configuring and implementing the NetSuite ERP system, collaborating closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT departments.
  • Engage in regular data entry, and system maintenance, and support end-users by troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and conducting training sessions to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Play a key role in system upgrades and enhancements, including testing, documentation, and ensuring user acceptance, while also contributing to developing test scripts for system functionality and data integrity validation.
  • Generate, analyze, and leverage reports to aid business decision-making and system performance monitoring, staying abreast of NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to creating and documenting standard operating procedures and guidelines for effective NetSuite usage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or a related field is preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in NetSuite ERP system management, including configuration, data entry, and user support.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite functionality across various modules such as Financials, CRM, and Inventory Management, complemented by proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Remote work experience handling US clients.
  • Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
It's great if you also have:
  • Experience with NextService.
  • Lead project management experience, and experience in system implementation projects.
  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification.
