Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a technical team, driving collaboration and innovation.
- Define and execute the company’s technology strategy, focusing on blockchain innovation in real estate.
- Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity or Vyper for Ethereum-based applications.
- Do select coding tasks, code reviews and handle git flow.
- Architect and maintain a secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.
- Manage development tools and frameworks like Truffle or Hardhat for Ethereum Apps.
- Ensure understanding and implementation of EVM operations, cryptography, and blockchain protocols.
- Use RPC protocols and APIs (e.g., Infura, Alchemy) to interact with Ethereum networks.
- Solve complex challenges creatively while aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Remote work experience handling US projects.
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
- 4+ years of blockchain experience, including Ethereum and smart contract development.
- Strong skills in Go, Solidity or Vyper, and AWS architecture.
- Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain-specific tools like Truffle or Hardhat.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Versioning (Git).
- Familiarity with AI development and integration (Bedrock, OpenAI).
- Python, SQL and noSQL databases.
