Join a dynamic team as a remote Business Development Executive, working with a fast-growing consulting client focused on scaling businesses and delivering high-impact results. This is a part-time, remote opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience in sales and strategic outreach, and contribute to a purpose-driven company.
Responsibilities

Conduct cold outreach to new prospects and convert them into active leads.

Sell a $750 initial strategy session to qualified prospects.

Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Schedule meetings between key stakeholders and potential clients or strategic partners via phone and email.

Maintain and update lead data using CRM systems like Monday.com and Dex.

Coordinate discovery calls and document key insights to support the sales process.

Assist in refining sales strategies and implementing process improvements.

Generate and manage reports using Google Sheets and Docs.

Support contract preparation and document management.

Collaborate with internal teams and utilize tools like Zoom, Calendly, Miro, and Typeform.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with 2+ years in service/consulting sales.

Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.

CRM proficiency (Dex, Monday.com, or similar platforms).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced experience with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides).

Skilled in research, client interactions, and organizing business documentation.

Experience working remotely within a collaborative team for at least 3 years.

Technical aptitude with tools like Zoom, Mailchimp, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude.
Nice to Have

Background in business valuation, M&A, management consulting, or financial services.

Experience with marketing automation and content creation using AI tools.

Familiarity with Mailchimp and WordPress.
