As a Website and Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites and graphics that align with our brand identity. Your expertise in web design, graphic design, and user experience will contribute to enhancing our online presence and engaging our target audience. 

What you'll be doing 

• Designing and developing visually appealing websites with a focus on user experience 
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand design requirements and brand guidelines 
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts 
• Implementing responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experiences across devices 
• Optimizing website performance and loading speed for a seamless user experience 
• Creating graphic assets, including logos, banners, icons, and infographics 
• Collaborating with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs 
• Conducting user research to gather insights and inform design decisions 
• Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques 

Requirements 

• Proven work experience as a Website and Graphic Designer or a similar role 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong understanding of web design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout 
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development 
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches 
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices 
• Excellent visual design and artistic skills 
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 
• Effective collaboration skills 

Preferred candidates for this role will have experience in designing and developing websites with a strong focus on user experience. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and e-commerce platforms will be considered an advantage. Additionally, candidates with knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in creating accessible designs will be given preference.
