Filled Positions

As a Web Development Manager, you will lead and manage our team of developers and oversee the development of our clients' websites. You will be responsible for ensuring that all web development projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a remote position, so you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. 

What you'll be doing

• Leading and managing a team of web developers 
• Managing the development lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously 
• Communicating with clients to gather requirements and provide status updates 
• Ensuring that all code is written to a high standard, is maintainable, and is scalable 
• Providing technical guidance to team members and resolving technical issues 
• Collaborating with designers and other stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and UI/UX design 
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development 
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other team members 
• Developing and implementing web development best practices and processes 

Requirements

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong experience in web development 
• Proven experience managing a team of developers 
• Solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP 
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Laravel or React 
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum 
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

Preferred candidates that have e xperience with cloud-based hosting services such as AWS or Google Cloud, great familiarity with design tools such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite and web accessibility standards and have strong knowledge of SEO best practices. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
