Filled Positions

As a Treasurer, you will be responsible for overseeing financial affairs of the company and ensuring that the organization adheres to all legal accounting practice and procedures while improving its financial standing by guiding policies, assessing risks, and advising on opportunities. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Manage and oversee cash flows and capital management 
• Coordinate with internal and external buyers to resolve related discrepancies 
• Oversee the cash management process, including development of weekly and monthly cash forecasts 
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements 
• Create disbursement journals for both check and ACH 
• Answer and reconcile vendor statements 
• Manage and update payroll 
• Check and review all vendor debit memos and invoices 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commece, Financial Management, Business Administration required 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• 4 years of related experience in a corporate environment 
• Experience in QuickBooks (Enterprise and Online), Bill.com and other accounting tools 
• Certified Public Accountant license preferred 
• Excellent management and supervisory skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software 
• Strong expertise in Excel required 

Preferred candidates that is well organized, attention to details, strong organizational skills and can work under pressure in a fact pace environment. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
