As a Tier 1 Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client accounts. You will work remotely to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing account plans to meet revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Reporting on account performance and forecasting revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven work experience in account management or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred candidates have experience with SaaS or technology sales, knowledgeable in CRM software and sales methodologies, experience with enterprise-level accounts. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Marketing Retention Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
