As a Technical Lead (Embedded Software - Linux), you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of embedded software solutions. Your expertise in Linux-based embedded systems, software architecture, and leadership skills will be crucial in driving the success of our projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable software solutions. 

What you'll be doing 

• Leading the development and implementation of embedded software solutions on Linux platforms
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to the development team 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architecture 
• Designing and coding embedded software modules 
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards 
• Performing system-level debugging and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with hardware engineers on system integration 
• Defining and executing software testing strategies 
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role 
• Proficiency in embedded software development on Linux platforms 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and software architecture 
• Experience in leading software development projects and teams
• Familiarity with version control systems and software development methodologies 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment  

Preferred candidates will have experience in developing embedded systems using Linux, knowledge of device drivers and kernel development, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation are also desirable qualities.
