As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve organizational goals. You will work closely with team members to provide guidance and support, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members are meeting their individual and team targets. 

What you'll be doing

• Managing and leading a team of employees 
• Setting performance targets and monitoring progress 
• Providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members 
• Managing and resolving conflicts within the team 
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance 
• Ensuring that all team members are meeting individual and team targets 
• Collaborating with other team leaders to improve cross-functional performance 
• Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics 
• Conducting regular team meetings and providing regular feedback to team members 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field  
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as a team leader or manager 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Strong leadership and coaching skills 
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 

Preferred candidates that have experience working in a remote environment, project management software, customer service or sales and great familiarity with Agile methodology. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
