As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise in sourcing, assessing, and selecting top talent will be crucial in building high-performing teams.

What you'll be doing 

  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals 
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles 
  • Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) 
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit 
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer negotiation
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs 
  • Analyzing recruitment data and metrics to optimize strategies and improve hiring efficiency 
  • Providing guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices 
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or in a similar role 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills 
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools 
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes 

Preferred candidates that have a successful track record as a Talent Acquisition Lead, with expertise in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies. We are looking for individuals who possess strong leadership and communication skills, can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and can adapt to a remote work environment. Experience in employer branding, data-driven recruitment, and building diverse teams will be highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Talent Acquisition Lead (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
