Filled Positions

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible at each stage of an organizational supply chain, from acquiring raw materials to production. You are also responsible for ensuring that the product arrives at the right time and managing storage to prevent loss or damage during the complex process.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee the entire supply chain in partnership with headquarters in Austria and international branches
• Familiarity with products and logistics processes, as well as understanding customer needs
• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse contractors, and customers
• Plan and book sea, rail, and freight transport and handle customs procedures
• Collaborate with external warehouses and freight forwarders
• Additional responsibilities based on qualifications and experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher education
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• At least 2 years of experience as a supply chain manager or similar role in logistics
• Strong business development abilities
• Understanding of commodities and markets
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as MS Business Central or SAP
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in German or Russian a plus
• Strong numerical skills and communication abilities
• Quick problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
• Outgoing personality with drive and energy.

Preferred candidates with experience in developing and monitoring a company’s supply chain strategy to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high-quality material for their company.
