As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, taking ownership of the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. Working remotely, you will collaborate with a talented group of engineers and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end development will be vital in creating exceptional user experiences.  

What you'll be doing 

• Leading the design, development, and delivery of complex software projects from end to end 
• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
• Building robust and scalable front-end and back-end applications using modern web technologies 
• Conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices 
• Optimizing software performance and ensuring high availability and reliability
• Troubleshooting and debugging production issues and implementing effective solutions 
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth 
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve development processes and drive continuous improvement 

Requirements 

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong experience in full stack software development, including proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies 
• Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or Ruby 
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex software projects 
• Solid understanding of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with back-end frameworks and technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Spring
• Proficient in database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred candidates are an experienced and passionate Staff Full Stack Software Engineer with a track record of delivering successful software projects.
