As a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer, Environment Automation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems to support the development and testing environments. Your expertise in infrastructure automation, deployment orchestration, and configuration management will contribute to the reliability and scalability of our environments.  

What you'll be doing 

• Designing and developing automated solutions for provisioning and managing development and testing environments 
• Implementing infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure consistency and reproducibility of environments 
• Building and maintaining deployment pipelines and tools for continuous integration and delivery 
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues 
• Monitoring and optimizing environment performance, scalability, and resource utilization 
• Implementing and maintaining configuration management tools and practices 
• Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security and governance standards 
• Participating in capacity planning and performance testing activities 
• Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior team members 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) 
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) 
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell 
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Effective team player and collaboration abilities 

Preferred candidates for the role of Sr. Site Reliability Engineer, Environment Automation should have a deep understanding of infrastructure automation and possess hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated environments. Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack) is highly desired. Strong leadership skills, the ability to drive change and foster a culture of automation, and a passion for continuous improvement are valued qualities.
