As a Social Media & Content Specialist - Remote, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing our social media platforms. Your expertise in social media marketing and content creation will help us reach and engage our target audience. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns 
  • Creating and curating compelling content for various social media platforms 
  • Managing and monitoring social media accounts and engaging with the audience 
  • Conducting social media listening and analysis to track performance and trends 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives 
  • Optimizing content for SEO and driving traffic to our website 
  • Tracking and reporting on key social media metrics and campaign effectiveness 
  • Staying up to date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms 
  • Assisting in the development and execution of content marketing initiatives 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation 
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices 
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management tools 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data 
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment 

Preferred candidates should have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. Knowledge of SEO principles and experience in analyzing social media metrics to drive strategy are valued qualities. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a collaborative mindset are also important. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Social Media & Content Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
