As a Senior Software Engineer - Internalization, you will play a key role in developing and implementing internationalization strategies for our software products. Your expertise in software engineering and localization will ensure the global readiness of our applications. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify internationalization requirements 
• Designing and implementing software solutions to support localization and language-specific features 
• Conducting code reviews and providing guidance on internationalization best practices 
• Developing and maintaining localization frameworks and tools 
• Working closely with localization teams to ensure the successful translation and adaptation of our software 
• Optimizing software performance for international markets, considering cultural and linguistic nuances 
• Participating in the testing and debugging of internationalized software 
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and advancements in internationalization and localization 
• Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior members of the team 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on internationalization 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python 
• Experience with internationalization frameworks and libraries 
• Familiarity with localization processes and tools 
• Knowledge of web technologies and front-end frameworks 
• Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

Preferred candidates should have a deep understanding of internationalization concepts and practices. Experience with multilingual software development, localization automation, or machine translation is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment are also important for this role.
