As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be a crucial member of our product team, responsible for conducting in-depth analysis to drive data-driven product decisions and strategies. Your expertise in analyzing product metrics and user behavior will play a key role in identifying opportunities for product improvement and optimization. What you'll be doing 

• Analyzing product metrics and user data to identify trends, patterns, and insights 
• Conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize product performance and user experience 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product KPIs and success metrics
• Generating reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and recommendations 
• Conducting competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and benchmarks 
• Utilizing data visualization tools to present data and insights effectively 
• Conducting user research and feedback analysis to understand user needs and preferences 
• Assisting in product roadmap development and prioritization based on data insights
• Participating in the evaluation and adoption of new product analytics tools 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau 
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks 
• Knowledge of product analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel 
• Excellent presentation skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities 

Preferred candidates will have advanced skills in statistical analysis and predictive modeling. They will possess experience in the tech industry and have a track record of providing valuable insights that directly impact product strategy. An understanding of agile product development methodologies and experience with user behavior tracking tools would be advantageous. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Product Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
