As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the execution of paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, social media, and programmatic. You will lead a team of media specialists and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success. 

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing paid media strategies across various channels 
• Managing a team of media specialists to ensure campaign success 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs 
• Conducting regular performance analysis and presenting insights to stakeholders 
• Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion 
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices 
• Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively 
• Building and maintaining relationships with media partners and vendors 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid media management 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English  
• Proven track record of driving results through paid media campaigns 
• Experience managing and leading a team 
• Excellent collaboration skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms 
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSPs 
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 

Preferred candidates that have experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer industries, Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
