Filled Positions

As a Senior Inbound Email Strategist, you will be responsible for creating necessary assets, ensuring locations are trained and on track with email sends, monitoring activity and compliance, exporting and analyzing reports, and advising locations on email marketing best practices. You will also serve as an essential part of our client’s strategy in identifying new opportunities and optimizing content to generate qualified leads.

What You'll Be Doing 

• Be the key account owner and strategist to a portfolio of clients to ensure their success
• Refine and run email marketing strategy 
• Oversee daily operations of the email marketing network 
• Develop end-to-end email marketing programs  
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand guidelines are followed  
• Report and give suggestions on the monthly email program performance 
• Utilize data to constantly examine, measure and optimize the email marketing program  
• Evaluate and provides feedback to junior team members on reports & deliverables  
• Constantly hit the channel's goal across all accounts or recommend strategic pivots to increase the performance  
• Encourage team mentality & aggressively give recognition 
• Continue to improve the product offering, find opportunities and share insights to improve the department 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
• Must have at least C1/C2 Level English (both written and spoken English)
• 3 years’ experience in end-to-end email marketing production 
• Solid analytical and strategic writing skills 
• Knowledgeable in MailChimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or related platform  
• Knowledgeable in HTML/CSS for email coding  
• Knowledgeable in analytical tools necessary for channel implementation and reporting 

Preferred candidates with a strong background in inbound email, can work on multiple projects simultaneously, and can work during US business hours.
