What you'll be doing

- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and display networks
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance and achieve targets
- Implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industry
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
- Experience managing and leading a team of digital marketers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred candidates have a deep understanding of the fashion industry and its digital landscape. They possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends. Previous experience working with fashion brands and managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Director of Digital Marketing (Fashion Client). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
