As a Search Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing and analyzing search engine marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our campaigns meet business objectives and deliver maximum ROI. This is a remote position, so you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. 

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting keyword research and developing effective paid search strategies 
  • Optimizing paid search campaigns to increase click-through rates, conversions, and revenue 
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools 
  • Identifying trends and insights to inform future campaign strategies 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives 
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in search engine marketing 
  • Managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources 
  • Developing and implementing A/B testing plans to improve campaign performance 
  • Providing recommendations for website improvements to increase conversion rates 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field  
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Strong experience in search engine marketing 
  • Expertise in Google Ads and other search engine advertising platforms 
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously 

Preferred candidates that have experience with e-commerce marketing, Google Tag Manager and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Data Studio, strong knowledge of SEO best practices and great familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Search Marketing Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
