As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. We are seeking a talented and experienced individual with a strong background in Salesforce development and configuration. This role requires excellent technical skills, a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements 
• Designing and implementing customizations and enhancements within the Salesforce platform 
• Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and other platform features 
• Integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs 
• Conducting testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and error-free deliverables 
• Providing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues 
• Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to ensure code quality 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Salesforce development and configuration 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features 
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs 
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities 

Preferred candidates who have a strong background in Salesforce development and have successfully delivered Salesforce projects. Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Administrator), and familiarity with agile development methodologies will be highly valued. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and effective stakeholder management skills are also important qualities we seek in candidates. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Salesforce Developer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
