As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate business processes. Your expertise in RPA tools and technologies will enable you to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity within our organization. If you are passionate about automation and have a strong technical background, we would love to have you on our team. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design RPA solutions 
• Developing and implementing RPA bots using industry-leading RPA tools and technologies 
• Conducting testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure accuracy and efficiency 
• Optimizing and maintaining existing RPA processes for improved performance and reliability 
• Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements within various business functions 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems 
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for RPA-related issues 
• Documenting RPA processes, configurations, and enhancements for future reference 
• Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 
• Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism 
• Solid understanding of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python 
• Familiarity with process analysis, optimization, and documentation 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills 

Preferred candidates who have a strong passion for automation and a drive to continuously learn and improve. They should have experience in implementing RPA solutions in a similar industry or domain. Additionally, familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management skills would be a plus.
