As a Remote Sr. Cloud Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in cloud architecture and infrastructure to drive innovation and ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into cloud-based architectural designs 
• Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure using leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud 
• Developing cloud migration strategies and executing seamless migrations to the cloud 
• Ensuring the security, performance, and scalability of cloud environments through proper configuration and monitoring 
• Implementing DevOps practices to automate deployments and streamline processes 
• Conducting regular assessments of cloud environments to identify areas for optimization and improvement 
• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams in utilizing cloud services effectively 
• Staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry best practices 
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document cloud architecture standards and guidelines 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS 
• Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) 
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools and technologies (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) 
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments 

Preferred candidates have a track record of designing and implementing complex cloud architectures, including multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions. They possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect) are highly desirable. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Sr. Cloud Architect. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
