As a Senior Account Planner, you will play a key role in driving successful marketing campaigns by providing strategic insights and planning support. Your ability to understand client needs, research target markets, and develop effective marketing strategies will contribute to the growth and success of our clients' businesses. 

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals 
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and industry trends 
• Developing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns based on client requirements 
• Crafting insightful briefs that guide creative teams in developing compelling content 
• Analyzing data and consumer insights to provide strategic recommendations 
• Participating in client meetings to present strategies and gather feedback 
• Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations 
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget 
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior account planning team members 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as an Account Planner or similar role in a marketing agency 
• In-depth understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior 
• Strong analytical and research skills 
• Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis software 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 

Preferred candidates for this position should have hands-on experience in developing strategies for digital marketing channels. Additionally, familiarity with social media platforms and executing successful advertising campaigns is highly preferred. A solid understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies is valued. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting, along with strong presentation and negotiation skills, are desirable qualities. The ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and stay updated on the latest marketing trends and emerging technologies is also advantageous. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Remote Senior Account Planner. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
