The Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position operates during US business hours (Monday to Friday). The successful candidate will be able to handle projects from conception to completion, working independently while collaborating with other teams as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Handle product design projects from start to finish, including conceptualization, and design
- Effectively use licensed designs to create innovative and appealing sleep accessory products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with company goals
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and project deadlines
- Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders
- Continuously stay informed about the latest trends in design and sleep accessories
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in product design, preferably in the home goods industry
- Experience working with textiles and patterns
- Experience working with licensed designs an advantage
- Proficiency in design software
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Remote work experience handling US clients required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious Product Designer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
