As a Remote Inventory Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability for our organization. Your expertise in inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain management will contribute to the efficient operation of our business and customer satisfaction. 

What you'll be doing 

• Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels and trends 
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
• Developing and implementing inventory management strategies 
• Conducting demand forecasting and inventory planning 
• Optimizing inventory turnover and reducing stockouts 
• Analyzing data to identify inventory optimization opportunities 
• Managing inventory reporting and performance metrics
• Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory processes 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field 
• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices 
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks 

Preferred candidates for this role will have a successful track record in inventory management, with experience in remote inventory management being highly valued. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, forecasting techniques, and inventory optimization strategies will be considered an advantage. Additionally, candidates with certifications in inventory management and familiarity with e-commerce platforms will be given preference.
