As a Public Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to enhance the reputation and image of our organization. Your expertise in media relations, content creation, and crisis management will contribute to shaping our brand narrative and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. 

What you'll be doing 

• Developing and implementing comprehensive public relations plans and strategies 
• Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers 
• Creating engaging press releases, media kits, and other PR materials 
• Pitching stories and securing media coverage to enhance brand visibility 
• Monitoring media coverage and analyzing PR campaign performance 
• Managing crisis communication and providing timely responses to issues 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with marketing objectives 
• Conducting market research and staying updated with industry trends 
• Managing PR budgets and evaluating the effectiveness of PR initiatives 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Specialist or a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of media relations and PR best practices 
• Ability to create compelling content and press materials 
• Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues 
• Strong organizational and project management skills 

Preferred candidates for this role will have a solid background in public relations, with a track record of successful PR campaigns. Experience in industries related to our organization's field will be considered an advantage. Additionally, candidates with experience in digital PR, social media management, and familiarity with PR measurement tools will be given preference. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Public Relations Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
