As a Programmatic Lead, you will be going manage DSPs and programmatic media buys for clients across a variety of KPIs as well as mixed responsibilities on buying and planning, ad ops, trafficking, and executing audience & channel research, optimizing campaigns based on performance, and providing actionable recommendations for improving performance on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Support in standardizing the paid media department’s approach and organizing within the department 
  • Expert and be a resource implementing programmatic tools 
  • Oversee end-to-end programmatic operations including setup, implementation, optimization, tracking and reporting 
  • Develop programmatic buying across all clients by implementing the best programmatic practices and latest trends 
  • Support in designing strategy on specific initiatives to increase digital outreach among the target niche  
  • Take the lead in programmatic reporting using Google Campaign Manager or any other partner data monitoring tools 
  • Create daily, weekly or monthly reports for Paid Media and work with other team to evaluate campaign execution 
  • Oversee advertising resources and maintain accurate records of spend   
  • Collaborate with teams on other digital campaign efforts to guarantee strategy is aligned 
  • Continue to train and acquire knowledge in all areas of practice 

 
Requirements 
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
  • Must have at least C1/C2 Level English (both written and spoken English) 
  • 2 years of combined experience in digital marketing, programmatic and paid media buying 
  • Hands on experience of media vendors and platforms, such as Video 360 and Display, Trade Desk, Amobee, etc. 
  • Experience overseeing substantial budgets across multiple programmatic campaigns and tactics including prospecting, retargeting, video, native, etc. 
  • Ability to interpret client guidelines and objectives 
  • Expertise in running campaigns through various buying and deal types (RTB, PMP, programmatic direct) 
  • Expertise using ad-serving platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads, and paid social platforms 
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics Certified 
  • Excellent research and analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred candidate with dedicated experience with programmatic buying through DSPs, and must have a working knowledge and experience managing campaigns as well as developing strategies for paid media channels beyond display, including paid social and search.  Candidate can also work during US business hours.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Programmatic Lead. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
