As a Product Research Associate, you will play a key role in conducting research and gathering insights to inform product development and strategy. Your expertise in market analysis, user research, and data interpretation will contribute to the success of our remote product research initiatives and help shape innovative solutions. 

What you'll be doing 

• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends 
• Collecting and analyzing user feedback to inform product improvements 
• Assisting in user research activities, such as interviews and surveys 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements 
• Analyzing data and presenting findings to stakeholders 
• Monitoring and evaluating competitor products and features 
• Assisting in usability testing and user experience evaluation 
• Contributing to the development of product roadmaps 
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry developments 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in product research or a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in market analysis and user research techniques 
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methods 
• Excellent presentation skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects 

Preferred candidates for this role will have a solid background in product research, with a track record of gathering actionable insights and supporting product development. Experience in remote research methodologies and familiarity with prototyping tools will be considered an advantage. Additionally, candidates with a passion for user-centered design and continuous learning in the product research field will be given preference. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Product Research Associate. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
