What you'll be doing
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Developing comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Creating compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Creating high-quality marketing collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, and case studies
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support their efforts
- Analyzing market and campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies
- Providing product training and support to internal teams, including sales and customer support
- Staying updated with industry trends, customer insights, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM and marketing automation systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred candidates that have experience in B2B product marketing, possess familiarity with technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, demonstrate experience in conducting customer research and utilizing insights to shape marketing strategies, showcase knowledge of inbound marketing principles and content marketing strategies, and hold certifications in product marketing or related fields. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Product Marketing Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
