Filled Positions

As a PR & Media Relations, you will be responsible for utilizing a diverse array of media to create and maintain a favorable public image for various brands and clients. You will also identify the intended audience, followed by crafting and distributing information that caters to the specific preferences of the audience. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Coordinate sample sends out and organize the beauty closet for product send outs/mailers
• Create labels for various product sendouts for clients and keep client status grids up to date
• Perform media tracking and clipping, as well as update client coverage books and monitor press coverage for different clients, including flagging competitor coverage
• Assist with coverage PA's/SMA's and monthly reports, update and maintain media and influencer lists for clients, and flag any media coverage on social media for clients

Requirement 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)   
• Professional experience (PR and/or Influencer specific experience is a plus!) 
• Understanding of media relations and the PR industry, familiarity with PR processes, and sound understanding of AP Style and GSP in writing
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects flawlessly
• Proactive and team-oriented, with a positive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and develop overall communications skills

Preferred candidates that can manage crisis communications by addressing adverse publicity pertaining to a client and striving to safeguard their reputation. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
